LIGHTS DOWN LOW
1.5 oz. Rough Rider Straight Bourbon
.5 oz. High Wire Amaro
.75 oz. Giffard Orgeat
.75 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Allspice Dram-Angostura's Bitter Mixture
HOW TO MAKE IT COME TO LIFE
Shake all ingredients over ice until fully chilled. Strain liquid into a chilled rocks glass. Add a large format ice cube. Garnish by squeezing the oil from a lemon peel over top of the cocktail by twisting the peel, then place the peel on top of the large ice cube for a little color. Don't forget to grab your hay straw for simple sippin'! Cheers!
