MEXICAN CARTEL

1 oz. Casa Dragones Blanco Tequila

.25 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal (optional)

1 oz. Jalapeño-Infused Agave Syrup

3 oz. Fresh Squeezed Ruby-Red Grapefruit Juice

.25 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

Coarse Salt

Sparkling Water (optional)

*Rim rocks glass by using jalapeño syrup,

then coarse salt, set glass aside. 

*Combine all ingredients except salt and soda

in cocktail shaker, add ice, shake until fully chilled.

Strain into rocks glass, add ice. 

Top with sparkling water (optional).

Garnish w/a lime wheel.
